Perfect Shafts International provided the following services for the Azure Sea Unit Development Project:

Drilling and Blasting: They carried out the drilling and blasting of 5000m³ of rock in downtown Airlie Beach, effectively managing the proximity to nearby residences.

Excavation: Utilized a 20-tonne excavator to dig all material, which significantly reduced construction time by approximately 5 months compared to other rock-breaking methods.

Ground Support: Implemented temporary ground support through ground anchors for unstable embankments and installed permanent ground anchors for a retaining wall, addressing the environmentally challenging conditions of the site.
The project was completed on time, within budget, and without any incidents or lost time injuries
